Why am I charged a service fee?

I already was forced to get the deluxe. why am I being charged a processing fee too?

If your TurboTax fees are higher than expected, you can reduce them by removing add-ons:

A processing fee may mean you have chosen to use Refund processing, aka Pay with your refund to pay your TurboTax fees. There is a fee attached to this service. If you want to have this removed, you can if your e-file is not pending or accepted.
