Where do I find the 2019 Turbotax Home and Business update detail?

Do you know if I need Adobe Flash to install the update? Maybe that's the problem.

Don't know about flash.  But are you scrolling down and clicking on the right one in that link?  The 2019 update?

yes, i've done what you've indicated, thanks. In images, you can see I have 2019 Home and Business, with messages forms are 'Ready Soon.' I run update, software is up to date. I install update patch, it says TT2019 is not installed.

Probably need to call support.  Did you try rebooting your computer and not running Turbo Tax when you click on the update patch?  Oh, and turn off your anti-virus, etc.  when you try to install the patch.

i called support, they aren't technically proficient enough to help. i installed on a second computer, same problem. it's either the app or its updater. i downloaded state just fine, though ...
