Where do I find a message sent to me by my TT tax expert?

Log into your online account.
When you log in, you may get a notification that you have a message and can click to view.
Or you can look for a red box in the upper right that says Expert Help and click.
Look for your contact history and click, and it should show you your messages.

**Mark the post that answers your question by clicking on "Mark as Best Answer"
