Whenever I log on to turbo tax, I get a blank screen after choosing the deluxe return, and it doesn't progress from there. How can I move it forward?

Whenever I log on to turbo tax, I get a blank screen after choosing the deluxe return, and it doesn't progress from there. How can I move it forward?
Clear cache and cookies on your web browser. Close the browser. Relaunch the browser. Sign back onto your TurboTax account - https://myturbotax.intuit.com/
IF the problem persists then change your web browser
