If you are referring to the unemployment exclusion update then this is updated in TurboTax Online. You can see the exclusion of unemployment on line 8 Schedule 1.
If your modified adjusted gross income (AGI) is less than $150,000, then you can exclude up to $10,200 of unemployment compensation paid in 2020 from your taxable income. Amounts over $10,200 for each individual are still taxable.

Actually I am interested to know when the desk top software will be updated to reflect May 17 filing date so I can file now and set payment date in early May. Presently payment date must be before April 15.
