They are going to lose more customers every day. I have to admit I wonder what's the point of having a discussion board if you don't respond in a timely -- and informative -- manner to customer complaints?
I will wait till Friday, then go somewhere else. Somehow I suspect Turbo Tax will not be giving any of us refunds.

Still no resolution. What is happening with TT. We are in a limbo. Can't reset. Can't submit. STUCK.
I just got off phone with TT. I feel bad for the lady that's helping me because I know it's not her fault. She's tried to walk me through a couple different things (deleting the state info and re-entering it), but it just keeps going in circles back to the same error. I just requested a refund, but it'll take 5-7 business days to find out if it was approved or not.

But this doesn't help or answer any of the questions asked above. It's the same message. We need to know a timeline of resolution. This has been asked by several people. Since this isn't an issue with other tax softwares apparently, than it's a no brainer that you should be giving refunds as soon as possible to those who have paid, and offering discounts to those who are willing to wait it out. These vague responses are the equivalent of shooting yourselves in the foot.

This doesn't help those of us who selected to file together and now can't get back to uncheck state. There's just no way out at this point except to start all over again on another site.
I appreciate you checking in, but this doesn't help. We already paid to file federal AND state and now we can't undo it to file federal separately. Please MaryilynG1 and TT just fix the issue. If that's not possible immediately, then tell us EXACTLY when the issue will be resolved. If it can't be fixed by Friday then I think it would be helpful to just give us all our money back and let us decide whether to file federal separately or go elsewhere to get our taxes done and our refunds in our pockets. Thanks.
No. That is unacceptable. I am not going back and filing my returns seperately. This needs to be fixed. It is an issue with your software. If $167 dollars to be given bullcrap excuses. FIX IT
Still waiting, Turbo Tax!!!! Each day goes by I am losing money and it will take irs longer to process my return.
Turbo you need to much better, fix the problem. I should be charge you for the delay not you charging me. Get it together.

I am having the same issue. Turbotax lists the IRS form as available Form 8582 yet we continue to get the error message. Do we need to reload the MD State file from Turbotax to resolve this? This delay is not acceptable and I don't want to have to print each from one at a time or copy to hard copy forms.
I cleared everything and started from the very beginning all over again and it still didn't help. I have so much time into this. I wish I could charge Turbo Tax by the hour for how much of my time they've wasted.
How long is this going to take to be resolved?? I like turbo tax, but this is a big inconvenience. I may try a different company this year. This is ridiculous.
