I appreciate you checking in, but this doesn't help. We already paid to file federal AND state and now we can't undo it to file federal separately. Please MaryilynG1 and TT just fix the issue. If that's not possible immediately, then tell us EXACTLY when the issue will be resolved. If it can't be fixed by Friday then I think it would be helpful to just give us all our money back and let us decide whether to file federal separately or go elsewhere to get our taxes done and our refunds in our pockets.
