No, TurboTax fills in the State taxes automatically. You only have to fill in questions that are particular to your state.

What type of "payment information?"  i.e., payment for "what?"

Are you referring to payment of product fees?  If so, all of your product fees are paid at the same time.

 

If you are referring to payment of Federal and state taxes owed, you have to choose a payment method for each one separately.    Your state may or may not allow the same payment methods as your Federal return.
