What is this new 'People Worksheet' about? Bug?

There is a new People Worksheet in the Forms View this year that is titled 'People on the Return'.  Other than some basic personal information at the top the worksheet seems dedicated to education related matters.

Any idea WHY this People Worksheet is in my Forms View?  When deleted it immediately returns.  How do I get rid of this thing, or is supposed to be a persistent part of everybody's return this year? Anyone else seeing this 'blank' worksheet at the very bottom of the list in the Forms View?

Showed up for the 1st time today - when I enter information on this sheet it is not transferring onto the student info worksheet - the check boxes in part 2 are not correct.

I don't even have any education-related aspects - so it's truly baffling why this form is even in my return/list at all...

Yes, the People Worksheet is new in TurboTax and is prepared for everyone on your return.  Like yours, if there are no education-related items, they are blank except for header info at the top.  

These worksheets are not part of your tax return and are not filed to the IRS.

At first glance, it sounds like Intuit (the owners of TurboTax) is collecting information for purposes of marketing or selling personal information.

@MarilynG1  Is there any way to remove this worksheet when it has no applicable information?   I can't believe how many unnecessary blank forms have suddenly began creeping into the Forms view/return this year.  I've been cleaning them out but this People worksheet refuses to stay deleted - it immediately recreates itself !
