look at the Turbotax filing instructions. there is no "just one" address. it depends on the state you live in and whether you are enclosing a payment or are getting a refund.
if you can't find it in the instructions
look on page 108 of this link
https://www.irs.gov/filing/where-to-file-paper-tax-returns-with-or-without-a-
When you mail a tax return, you need to attach any documents showing tax withheld, such as your W-2’s or any 1099’s. Use a mailing service that will track it, such as UPS or certified mail so you will know the IRS/state received the return.
Federal and state returns must be in separate envelopes and they are mailed to different addresses. Read the mailing instructions that print with your tax return carefully so you mail them to the right addresses.
your answer doesn't work. I have been using Turbotax since it began and by leaving out mailing instructions they are trying to force you to pay to E-file.
No one is trying to force you to e-file. TurboTax does not get more money if you e-file from online TurboTax---the fee is the same whether you e-file or mail it in an envelope. The only "extra" fee to e-file is the e-filing fee for a state return when you use the CD/download. Otherwise, e-filing is free and you save no money by mailing it.
If you cannot find the mailing instructions with the address to mail your federal return:

For the mailing address for your state:

Mailing address for Kansas taxes?
This page shows where to mail your return if you are enclosing a payment and if you are not enclosing a payment. Kansas is in the bottom listing for the 1040 forms.
What is the mailing address to the IRS so I can mail my taxes because I couldn’t e-file this year on TurboTax
If you print your return for filing by mail it prints out with a page of mailing instructions that includes the addresses you need to use.
