What do I do if I was unemployed and received no salary or wages. I also received no governmental benefits or transfer payments.

If you have no income you do not need to file a tax return. Who is supporting you? They may be able to claim you as a dependent. Do you have health ins through the Marketplace? If you got a 1095-A form you have to file for that.
