What are the options for Form 1040, line 5b?

Shouldn't Form 1040 Line 5b be 'distribution' instead of 'rollover'? It was not a rollover.

The distributions options for 5b are a rollover, or not a rollover. Line 5b is the taxable portion of the distribution on 5a. If you rolled any portion of it over, the word ROLLOVER will print on that line.

If you did not roll over that distribution and the taxable amount is not correct, you should delete that 1099-R and re-enter it, and carefully answer the follow up questions.
