I am sorry to hear that. I wish we had a better answer for you. I guess all you can do is claim it on your taxes this year. It was my understanding they were able to fix the issues but it doesn't appear that way for you. I hope you receive your stimulus and try and be patient I know its hard. Good luck to you.

@Cindyyuen You can track your stimulus payment by checking the Where's My Payment tool here. 

If the payment tool does not show any information, you will need to contact the IRS  by following the instructions here.
