W2 with less than $1

I have a W2 with $.24 in box 1, there is no income tax withheld in box 2. Do I need to report this W-2?

Other similar questions are getting conflicting answers.

Anything in any other boxes? Just ignore it. Why did you get a W2 for 24 cents?

It's for a job I worked for a small time. 3, 5, 4, and 16 have information.

You first said there is no income tax withheld in box 2. Yes you need to enter box 10. I don't know how you should enter it all or how it works with zero income for box 1.

Sorry I miss typed box 10. I meant 16. The values in all these boxes are less then $1.
