I received a W2 from an insurance company that does not have Box1 filled. It only has Box 12 filled with a lumpsum. It has the details of the insurance company. When I was running smart checks, it said, I will not be able to e-file as the W2 does not have Box1 filled. What should I do?

You don’t have to file that form.
This is partial salary that I got form insurnace company while I was on medical leave of absence. I think it must be reported.... But the W2 does not have Box 1 filled and that is why it wont let me e-file.
