W-2 Box 11 - Unvested IC without substantial risk of forfeiture

I have incentive compensation that is unvested, but because of my age and years of service, these no longer have a substantial risk of forfeiture.  My employer has included this IC amount in Box 11 of my W-2.  TurboTax is asking me if this is money that I took out of a nonqualified or Section 457 plan, or if this is money that I contributed to a nonqualified or Section 457 plan.  How should I answer this question in this case?  Thanks for the help!

To clarify, are these non-qualified incentive stock options? If so, these should have been reported in Box12 under code V. Box 11 strictly reports contributions or distributions to nonqualified retirement plans or non-qualified section 457 plans.
