Huh, I'm surprised I missed this. I suppose fixing the mint/usaa interface is a lower priority than resolving money laundering matters...
I have been having the same NOT UPDATING problem for many months now. I keep trying but ...nothing.
I did enter last year’s USAA Credit Card transactions manually and now minimize my use of the card significantly.
I just checked in with Intuit on this issue and they are still working on this issue. Ugh!
Going on 4 months still no progress. I've applied for a different CC. Hate to do it but there are more competitive products out there. Just keep USAA for emergencies.
USAA: This is WEAK.
And could some admin mark this NOT resolved. It's not even kind of resolved.
This is still not resolved. It appears to be only a Mint issue. I have the same USAA credit card connected to quickbooks and no issues.
I've had the same issue for many months just as everyone else. I've taken this as a sign to go back to debit cards. Lol good by USAA personal Credit Card.
Please see the information provided here to contact Mint Support for further assistance.
Oh look everyone another Mint "Employee TurboTax Specialist" telling us how to contact support so they can keep their Expert rating.
Like we hadn't already figured out how to contact support on the 4+ month old problem. Another example of someone not really willing to help with the issue. 🤔
Anyone else missing ALL USAA transactions now?
I was going to manual enter some and try to automate the process but all of my USAA data is missing now... wth
If you are missing your USAA transactions on Mint, please reach out to their support team here so they can look into your account.
This is to the point where I will leave Mint to find a product that will play nicely with USAA, even if I have to pay for it. I have much much more loyalty to USAA than Mint.
Does anyone know: Is this a USAA thing, or a Mint thing, or a little of both? I saw further up on this thread that someone has USAA connections working fine with other products...
I've talked to both USAA and Mint. My take is that USAA changed their API back in September, and Mint hasn't updated to use it yet. FWIW.
Right on!
Mark it “In Process” and “Kinda Resolved” and post the status in writing citing revenue issues if any and ETA of next posting update.
Since Mint.com is terrible at fixing this problem, I vow to never use TurboTax again. Hit them where it hurts people. Their customer service is terrible.
