Unknown processing fees

Ive been using TT for decades. I appreciate how easy it got this year. My issue is during the filing part seemed like I paid a second time for the program. At another $59 plus CC fees, State filing fees it's almost easier to schedule an appointment with a face to face professional.

Here we go, from one bus stop to another. No straight answers. I got it another bank takes the money i owe, why does it cost more money to take my money. That's $59 I could've used for something else. Thanks for all the good years. I'm thinking of changing to other options, at least ones that don't add charges when it's to late to change my mind. (At the end when it's time to file)
