Under 1099 B selling stock i sold some PSU performance stock units the drop down menu does not give me that option to choose type of investment - what do i classify it

A PSU is just a variation of an RSU grant so you could use the RSU guided interview.

I generally discourage the use of the guided interviews since it's easy to make mistakes in those.

The best approach is to use the plain-vanilla "stock" interview, enter the 1099-B exactly as it reads, wrong basis and all, then use TurboTax's interview to adjust the reported basis to the correct basis.
