In years past i was able to Download my Fidelity Brokerage Account activity Information. This year it never prompts me for my credentials and says there isn't any tax information available. Which i know is not true because i was able to get on the Fidelity site and download a csv file of activity. But i buy turbo tax to download this information.

You are probably trying to import too soon. Usually financial institutions have the information online for you to view or print earlier than they have it ready for importing into the tax software. It is often about mid-February before you can import 1099R's, 1099B's , etc.
For information on when you can import your 1099, please visit the help article below.
When will I be able to import my 1099? - Intuit
Within my Fidelity account, based on my holdings, Fidelity says my tax forms will not be ready until after 11 Feb...yours may or may not be available now
BUT

Re: Fidelity Investment import not working. (intuit.com)
Likewise I downloaded the desktop version and tried to import from fidelity and it asked me to log into the intuit account which i did. it took me to the website with no option to download. Intuit please help resolve this as it is going to be painful trying to manually enter it
Have had reports from a couple of users with certain web browsers......they only had success when they used the Edge web browser .
Today is April 1, 2023 and I am unable to download Fidelity broker information like I have been able for the last 20 yrs....
1) Some have had success if they logged into Fidelity separately in their systems' default browser...before trying the Fidelity Import form the software.
2) the "Brave" browser has been causing problems for many, too...they need to shut down their Brave security wall first (forget what they call it)
3) IF....if using the Desktop/download software, you must actually log into a TTX account first...(.up in the "File" menu item dropdown list of actions)
Please see What if I can't import my 1099? for instructions.

Try temporarily disabling two factor identification on Fidelity (under security tab). I did and download worked. I don't think Intuit plays well with the new Fidelity security interface. Don't forget to re-enable two factor after you finish. Bill 6
