My support ID is [social security number removed]. I've been trying to get solution for the software problem which was already tried to solve and failed by a Tech support person. We got a suggestion to uninstall and reinstall and run the program. This is not working. Software is not allowing to add states more than 10 and showing errors in Total while we enter Income, Deductions.
Is there a trained professional on this software to help me solve the issue?

Not really, in the sense that there is no dedicated support line; your best bet is to keep trying Support.
