TurboTax upgrades

I was already told I needed to upgrade to deluxe for $60, but then later told I needed to upgrade again to TurboTax self employed for $120. Does that mean I would b paying $180 in total? Or is it $120 to buy self employed and it includes everything in the deluxe version?

You only pay for one.  So $120 for the Self Employed version.  It includes everything the lower versions have.
