TurboTax not responding after done with income

I'm having the same issue. Turbotax hangs (Spinning Wheel) after 4 of 8 Personal Income Section.

Can Turbotax support investigate?

If you are using Turbo Tax Online, please clear the cookies and cache on your browser, and try once more. 

If you are using Turbo Tax Desktop, please update the software. To manually update, see this Help Article for instructions.

I called TurboxTax support. The guy said he could not help and I needed to call Amazon where I bought it.
