Turbotax leads me in circle when I try to file

I am on the final step and trying to e-file. However, when I click "Continue", Turbotax leads me backwards in a circle. Signing out and closing my browser does not help. Please help me!

Yes, some customers have reported this looping behaviour in the final steps of their return. Please try the following:

1. Select Federal from the left menu, then Federal Review to begin the federal review process.
2. Select State from the left menu, then State Review to begin the state review process.
3. Select Review from the left menu, then Check my info to begin the final review process.

After re-running the Reviews and addressing any details, continue into the File section and keep going until your submit your return.

This may work, but before this solution was proposed I found my own. One of my returns is for Illinois, which cannot be e-filed. When I said "I am not ready to file" the IL return, the looping behavior ended.
