TurboTax is bugging me to enter my employers state ID(blank on form) when income tax is $0. it’s okay for it to be blank if there is no income tax, how do I navigate this

What state? Some states do not have an income tax so you need to leave boxes 15, 16 & 17 BLANK.

Washington state, box 15,16 and 17 are filled however the state ID is blank. Even tho there’s info there should I leave it blank?
