TurboTax Full Service says I wont be able to schedule appointment for two weeks. Why so long?

No one in this user forum controls or helps with the "Live" online services such as Full Service.   The busiest part of the tax season is over; many of the "Live" experts are seasonal employees, so availability might be limited at this time of year.   Contact customer support for information.
