TurboTax for Mac, "It looks like we hit a snag" windows appear upon startup + other issues.

I have a 2015 MBP with Big Sur. When opening TurboTax Deluxe, two "It looks like we hit a snag" windows pop up. I do not know why but I do not know how to get them to stop. See attached image. Also, when filling out information, the first radio button in every screen is highlighted blue, yet it is not selected. See image. Also, the Turbo Tax logo is very blurry (not a huge deal). See attached image. I have had around three updates since I first  installed this software. I do not understand why any of these issues have not been patched yet for TurboTax for Mac.
