Turbotax is having issues importing from Morgan Stanley StockplanConnect.
The error message is "General Error".
Can you look into it? Could NOT get though your very customer-friendly phone barrier to file a ticket.

ALready did. MS claims that it's Turbotax's issue.
Where can I escalate this to the engineer teem? There is no further error message in the response to figure out which part of the integration is wrong.

I also tried and got same message.
I contacted MS, but they said 'As long as you can log-in through our website, we don't have any issue.'.
Since I can log-in successfully with my credential both from the web page and from their app, it seems TurboTax issue.
Does the message in your screenshot occur after you've entered your personal login information?
Your best option would be to reach out to TurboTax Customer Support so that they can review the error message and troubleshoot with you.

I logged a case this weekend with Turbo Tax Support - the issue was originally reported at the beginning of February and I was told this was assigned to three developers within Inuit but I don't know the priority or how to receive updates when this issue has been resolved. The issue has been occurring for several weeks, so my assumption is it low on the priority list unless more customers contact Turbo Tax Inuit to raise the priority and potential resolution.
Sorry, no news of improvement. This is the message today when I select Morgan Stanley StockplanConnect. It doesn't even ask for credentials. It seems like Turbotax import is broken with respect to MS.
Same here... Keep checking daily, but only thing that changes is the date to come back and try again. Very frustrating.
If you are having issues importing 1099-B data, consider using the summary method (only 2 lines need to be entered in TurboTax; LT/ST).

Ok; please try again on 3/11/2022 and let us know what happens then. Although you had different issues with this prior, forms not being available until a certain date is not uncommon @jeffsong.
This still does not work and it's been over a week.
MS says "not my problem". Please fix or call MS and figure it out - and don't make it your customer's problem! There's enough reports that are consistent that this is an Intuit/MS issue to resolve.
+1. Still unable to connect. We really need you to bump this up on the list of priorities. If we were on the phone, this is point where I would say, "Can I speak with your manager?"
