I was able to file the Georgia S-Corp return. Now I'm waiting on the Georgia Partnership return to be available to e-file.
This should be available now as well.
I just tried again and the partnership return still will not e-file.
GA FORM 700 does not file still. Same error. Rebooted. Using TT Business application on PC not online.
I filed for extension of Form 1120-s yesterday and was approved. Can I still file my 1120-S before the March 15 deadline without negative consequences?
Rebooting is not the same as updating. Make sure you have installed the latest update. Please see this FAQ.
No, this will not cause any consequences, @ritenshah.
Unfortunately it still does not work to e-file GA LLC forms, the desktop version does not show any updates and still reflects the "Tax Year 2023 transmissions are not available....TurboTax Business is not ready to process Tax Year 2023 for this return."
Also, the following indicates the 3/15/24 date not that the forms or e-file is ready.

I filed a Federal Form 1041 including the Form 8453-FE (signature) after separating it from the state of WI Form. At least that got my federal filed.
Still waiting on the TT solution for WI state -- I've been at that since 2/16, I've had 3 long discussions with TT Support, and I am NOT Hopeful. TT knows they have a problem but have not promised to solve it.

TT Business for Windows. Still no product updates and the same well documented error for filing Partnership GA 700. Please could the person who said this should work for Partnerships double check.
Any refund requests should include space for the extra postage paid to mail in and hourly rates for sitting on the phone trying to educate so-called TT Product Experts on the nature of the problem. This is an absolute farce
