I am currently in the final step of completing my taxes under "File," and it's asking me to confirm a few missing details on my tax forms. For some reason, it wants me to enter EIN information for a form that I didn't even receive and did not enter on my 2020 taxes (Form 1099-NEC). I did receive this form for 2019 (for a former job), but I made sure to delete it as an income source for 2020 at the very beginning, so I have no idea where TurboTax is getting this information from. It is extremely frustrating however, as there does not seem to be an easy way to complete my taxes without it.
I'm attempting to reach TurboTax customer service on the phone, but they're estimating at least one hour wait time. (I really wish they had an email support option or a way to receive a call back, but that's a separate issue.) Any advice on what to do would be greatly appreciated.

There have been issues with the 1099-NEC. Click here for more information. I might suggest making sure the form is deleted in TurboTax. Please try this:
There was not a 1099-NEC in 2019, only the 1099-Misc. If either of those forms on in your forms list, then delete them.
