TurboTax 2023 State Forms Not Loading after Download

Maryland state download for an S-corp return is broken for me as well.   Turbotax for individuals (web based) is also broken and does not let me enter the K1 from an S-Corp.   What a horrendous software company..

Just experienced the same headache everyone else is going through.  Tried doing the state business taxes for Ohio partnership, and I get stuck in the update loop.  Hoping this will be resolved soon?!?!

IL state 1040 tax forms are not downloading even though the tool shows available.

Anyone know any tax software that works for state forms? Obviously not Intuit.

I was able to download the Kansas state form on my computer just fine.  I then installed TurboTax on my son's computer (I think I get 5 installs on my license) and when it came to doing the state taxes, it got into this loop.  I can't get it to see that I own Kansas already, install it, and use it.

Been a TurboTax customer for over a decade. This is the last year for me. Plenty of other options out there. The obvious lack of care regarding their product and service is as clear as day. All they care about is taking your money. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere for doing next year's taxes.

Reading other replies, I was able to copy the "ksi" files from my forms folder into my son's forms folder and that worked.

Seems the first download of a state works, but if you try to redownload the start onto another computer it fails and you have to copy these files manually, until fixed.

Are you using the business product or the individual product?

Intuit Support resolved the issue with a manual push of the State Tax form for me to download  1 800 446 8848

They stayed on the line until I could see the form had been downloaded and was capturing information correctly

Update on my original Post:  I spent some time on the phone with TT support and they told me that the issue for GA (and probably others) is the availability of the forms.  In the past, they would not let you purchase the state program unless/until the state forms were available. Now they take your money and don't tell you that you can't get the program yet.  Here is the link to check on the status of individual states.  Keep in mind, my issue is with the Business program for a trust filing so you may have to hunt around for a similar link for other programs.  Good luck.

Of course, I have seen others commenting that they keep moving the dates which they have done in the past, but I assume this will resolve itself in the not too distant future...I hope.

I have been in this identical loop as well trying to get my Maryland state tax forms to load. Contacting Turbotax support also gets me into a phone loop. I now have a product (Turbotax Business) that does'nt work!

So according the one of the links posted OHIO is due 2/23... guess we will see.

This happens from time to time.  Try clearing your browser's cache and deleting your cookies, then try again.
