TurboTax 2023 State Forms Not Loading after Download

Please stop giving generic recommendations of clearing cache or deleting cookies or telling people to completely uninstall and then re-install the software.   All this is doing is wasting even more of the customers time and is not actually the problem.  Just admit that turbotax sold these state software packages without them actually being ready and available.  This is the reason the software isn't even downloading from the very start.  It's not always about not being able to file the return the problem for most is the software does not download immediately after purchase.  This is not a cache or cookie issue.  I know this because when I go to my online account and show my purchases and files available for download every other year has the download button available except this years, which tells me there is no product available to download even though you are selling it as though it is.   And Turbotax Intuit refuse to just be honest and say the software is not available yet to download.  And the fact that business users have to file in less than a month now is a very big problem for Intuit Turbotax.

Just got off the phone with Intuit because I could not download any of the state business programs THAT I PAID FOR. After an hour the tech said that the forms were not available. PA Partnership would be available tomorrow (2/23) and the MD SCorp and Partnership not available until 3/1. Returns are due the 15th......

Personally, I am expecting them to be delayed again for maybe the 5th time now...If they show up tomorrow great, if not, well I expected that. Freakin sad is what it is. Leaves a couple weeks to file; sure it is only copying over federal info but still, I as a "user" (mind you I have been in IT for 20 years) would not spend my hours researching / trying to fix a non problem with a simple piece of information. "Forms unavailable". Put an error in the program or something, train your people better / new call sheet instructions, include a link to the form availability site in the program, any of the above. I mean come on.

This is ridiculous.   I need to generate K-1 for other people to complete their tax returns and I can't do the state portion because after paying for the state tax preparation, I find out it is not available.  Why is TurboTax processing purchases if it does not have the software available?

Today was the day they promised the download would be available.  Just tried and same crap.

Perhaps if we all requested a refund on our state purchases then something would change when they had to start sending back hundreds of thousands of dollars.

The problem for me is Schedule K-1. I can't file until this is ready and now what? I'm late to get them to the shareholders. Are we at class action LS yet?

The Schedule K-1 for a Form 1065 and a Form 1120S for tax year 2023 were updated on 02/22/2024 for both the TurboTax online editions and the TurboTax desktop CD/Download editions.

If you are using the TurboTax desktop editions you need to update the TurboTax program.

Click on Online at the top of the desktop program screen.  Click on Check for Updates

I click the update button pretty much every day, just as I did today, and it does the same loop. I've been on hold for hours with tech support and they are absolutely clueless with their pets barking in the background.

I have the windows desktop version of business.

The website shows it will be available today but this is one many times they keep pushing the date back. 

I see the problem as they push the date back because then it become ambiguous and nobody knows what is going on from the consumer to tech support.

Finally working. I restarted my business turbotax and it prompted for an update. I saw PA S corp was successfully downloaded. I went in and the PA step by step was ready.

Wow -- 3 weeks to filing date, I wonder if this affected Accountants as well or if it was just the personal line of turbotax that was affected. My PA business tax is simple but what about the complex ones and the Accountant will lots of complex PA use cases to process?
