TurboTax 2019, Deluxe Federal + State Efile

If I buy the TurboTax 2019, Deluxe Federal + State Efile, will I be able to complete the 2019 Delaware State Tax return with no additional fees or charges? Or is there another option for me that is free of charge? Thanks

It is not a state efile.  It is one free state program download to prepare unlimited state returns.  You can only print and mail 2019 returns now.  So yes you can download the Delaware program for free.

No you are mailing it, not Turbo Tax.  You will have already paid for the program.
