Turbo Tax SERIOUSLY needs to give us a DIRECT YES OR NO answer about this stimulus payment. Either us Turbo Tax Card holders will receive the stimulus payment DD or not.

You can’t reach the phone line even if you get through.  There is no way I can even check my balance on the card.

According to one site, this may be why some are seeing the stimulus payment, and then it disappears. It's one possibility anyway, since Turbotax was pretty much telling us it should go on our cards. See below:

"Important information regarding Economic Impact Payments (EIP):

The IRS will be issuing Economic Impact payments directly to individuals and not to temporary accounts for bank products.

If the IRS inadvertently sent your EIP payment to the temporary bank account at Refund Advantage, this payment has been returned to the IRS to be distributed directly to you.

Neither your tax preparer nor RA have access to this payment or any information regarding it. Neither your tax preparer nor RA can update your disbursement information.

All questions regarding your EIP need to be directed to the IRS."

We have used turbo tax for several years. Due to your lack of communication and lack of eagerness to help your paying customers I will NEVER use it again. I am very disappointed in your services and responses to basic questions regarding this stimulus. 

H&R block has been answering all questions asked with actual HUMAN RESPONSES. 

and their customers are already receiving their payments. I will post this to every single place I can In Hopes that an actual person will answer questions we all need to hear. 

You can help NONFILERS with their stimulus but you can't help the people who pay their taxes.

I got my stimulas today, but the TURBO CARD APP is not working at all! And I had to try 3 different links to the turbo card website before that finally worked either. Very frustrating.

IMPORTANT INFO: I have NOT ever used my card for direct deposit. I have never even set it up, all I did was get my taxes loaded onto it. I also used the FREE VERSION of turbo tax. I had NO money taken out for anything. Filed my taxes early March.

I am using my own personal experience but I never got the notification saying I would be getting a deposit (I also have my notifications muted)  I woke up to no deposit in my account today. But as of 4:00pm CST my deposit finally showed up. I used turbo tax and got an advance on my refund. On the IRS website it gave the last 4 digits of my SSN as the account number my check was being deposited into. I have not been able to log in to the app all day to check my balance, I just tried using the mobile website and I was able to get in. I don’t know for a fact that everyone will get the same results because I don’t know but this is what happened to me.

Dont know if my comment showed up but I got my stimulus today. I used the free file edition and had no fees taken out, I've never set up direct deposit or used card for anything other than taxes.

That’s bs on lowest income.   Turbo tax has done my refund for years.   I always the turbo card.   When you go to Irs site put in information they say can’t be found and u you are locked out for 24 hours.   Turbo number on card tell you to call back in 2 days really

I do agree...I'm just getting informed that the IRS won't be direct depositing on turbo.....wtf..turbo tax will never get my business anymore...terrible service

Well to let you know everyone that wasn't receiving a check are ssi recipients. Should be all got there stimulus check by today and no it did not go on the turbo card I checked the website for IRS and it says I will get a paper check there is no direct deposit info in their system and my son. Got his taxes the last 2 years via turbo tax prepaid card and he is getting a check to
