We have used turbo tax for several years. Due to your lack of communication and lack of eagerness to help your paying customers I will NEVER use it again. I am very disappointed in your services and responses to basic questions regarding this stimulus.
H&R block has been answering all questions asked with actual HUMAN RESPONSES.
and their customers are already receiving their payments. I will post this to every single place I can In Hopes that an actual person will answer questions we all need to hear.
You can help NONFILERS with their stimulus but you can't help the people who pay their taxes.
