Turbo Tax SERIOUSLY needs to give us a DIRECT YES OR NO answer about this stimulus payment. Either us Turbo Tax Card holders will receive the stimulus payment DD or not.

I used the turbo card, and the advance option.  I went to Get My Payment this morning. There is no information on where to enter DD info. It says its being deposited but the last 4 of the bank account number is not a bank. Its my SSN. So don't try to act like people are stupid. We arent.

Screen shot info from irs.gov with wrong acct info. You have a few options that I can think of...

1. You will have to opt for the credit on 2020 tax return

2. Contact the bank the account is for. If you no longer have the card they can send you a replacement.

3  If it's not even your acct info, I would email IRS the info. And inform them of the issue.

In order to deliver money as quickly as possible to those who need it, the IRS is sending stimulus payments to eligible taxpayers who filed a tax return in either 2019 or 2018 and chose to receive their refund via direct deposit into their checking account.  These taxpayers will automatically have their stimulus payment deposited into the account they received their refund.  We have not yet received confirmation from the IRS on whether they will be putting stimulus payments on prepaid debit cards.  However, we have noticed that the IRS has started depositing stimulus payments on some prepaid debit cards for taxpayers that chose to receive their refund through that method in the tax year 2019 or 2018.  If you received your refund on a prepaid debit card in the tax year 2018 or 2019, here is what you need to know: 

• I have access to my debit card: If you have access to your debit card (most people), there is nothing more you need to do.  If the IRS deposits a stimulus payment onto your prepaid debit card, you will be able to immediately use the stimulus funds upon deposit. 
• I don't have access to my debit card: If you received a notification that you will be receiving your stimulus payment from the IRS on your prepaid debit card and no longer have access to it, we will have information coming shortly.  We encourage you to visit this site, where we are continually updating with the latest information and guidance. We know everyone is anxious to get their stimulus money and we are committed to helping our customers get access to their stimulus payment as fast as possible.

"Miss Expert" are you even listening to your customers? The Get My Payment Tool is NOT showing our Turbo Tax Card bank numbers. Its showing our last 4 of SSN. We have not received payment and demand you take this higher up to get this resolved. You just lost so many customers its not even funny....

Everyone else we know who has regular DD has gotten theirs. Stop skipping around the problem !!!

LETS ALL NOT FORGET THIS CRAP WHAT TURBO TAX PUT US THROUGH - WE WERE LIED TO SO WE ALL HAD OUR HOPES UP OVER THE PAST WEEK! WHEN THE FACTS ARE THAT FOR MOST OF US WE WILL NOT GET IT DEPOSITED TO OUR CARD EVEN THOUGH OUR TAX RETURNS HAVE THE CORRECT INFO. THE TRUTH IM TOLD IS SBT RECEIVED OUR STIMULOUS AND THEY SENT THEM BACK BECAUSE THEY WOULD OF COLLECTED A FEE TO SEND THEM OUT AND THATS AGAINST THE LAW. SO ALL WERE RETURNED TO IRS.  NOW WE CAN LOG ON THE IRS WEBSITE AND IT WILL TELL YOU YOU NEED TO UPDATE DIRECT DEPOSIT INFO!! THIS SHOULD NOT OF HAPPENED - ITS FALSE ADVERTISING ON TURBO TAX - AS IT STATES TO RECEIVE YOUR TAXES OR PAYCHECK JUST USE THE ROUTING AND CHECKING NUMBER. WE ALL DID THIS AND IT DID NOT WORK!!! TurboTax will be sending an email to taxpayers that will be receiving their stimulus payment from the IRS on their Turbo Visa Debit Card issued by Green Dot on Wednesday April 15, 2020.

• I have access to my Turbo Visa Debit Card: If you have access to your Turbo Visa Debit Card, there is nothing more you need to do. You will be able to immediately use the stimulus funds upon deposit on 4/15. You can sign in to your account to check your balance here: https://secure.turbodebitcard.intuit.com/login 

• I no longer have access to my Turbo Visa Debit Card: If you no longer have access to your Turbo Visa Debit Card, don’t worry. I checked the IRS site for "Get my payment", and it said that it did not have my info for direct deposit. I also received my tax refund on the Turbotax debit card, so it should've been used. Clearly, that info was not used for the IRS to direct deposit the stimulus. I updated the direct deposit info accordingly (my checking account), so we'll see how long it takes for that to process. For the record, I'm a low income individual, and I know 2 people that received their stimulus in their account today and they're not low income. So it's not an income issue, it's possibly a Turbotax debit card issue. I will not use the debit car option next year, if I even decide to stay with Turbotax.

Good luck with that. I called the number and it keeps saying my call can't go through at this time. Try to login and it won't let me. That's after twenty minutes waiting for it to load.

Why is the phone number for turbotax card along with its app and site not working! This is out of control! So.e of us are put of work due to this virus! Come on already. I got an email saying mine would be there today from you people yet it now won't allow me to check. WTH?

Quit with all the lies. That's all this company has been giving out for weeks now to its customers. It is now the 15th and when I checked the IRS website they DO NOT HAVE MY INFO!!! So now I have added my normal checking info to try and receive a deposit. I will never spend another penny or use Turbotax  services. Very unsympathetic towards their customers, and very deceiving
