Turbo Tax has uploaded interest forms from my fnancial institution. however, there's only one of those amounts when i log into my financial instituion account. ??

Not knowing which of the three methods you used to get your 1099-INT or 1099-DIV into TurboTax, I will try to answer your questions the best I can.

There are three methods to enter any Tax document into TurboTax:

1. The import method requires that you provide your financial institution login credentials. Some financial institutions require that you grant the app permission to access your accounts. If allowed by the financial institution, using this method allows for importing all tax documents at once.
2. The download method, for some financial institutions the only option is to download the 1099-INT or 1099-DIV form(s) to your computer and then upload it into TurboTax. If using this method my experience is to download each 1099-INT or 1099-DIV individually and then upload each of them into TurboTax.
3. The manual method is to manually enter each 1099-INT or 1099-DIV.

Are you stating that not all of your 1099's were imported into TurboTax?

I was responding to grey259535 question as it seems it’s having issues uploading a 1099-INT form. It is not clear what the issue is so I posted the different methods that can be used to enter a 1099-INT.

Actually, for my own tax return I used the import and upload functions and both worked beautifully.

If you're using TurboTax Online, try clearing your Cache and Cookies and import.  If the accounts are all under the same credentials at your financial institution, try closing TurboTax and importing again.
