Turbo Tax does not recognize my 2 banks!!!!!!! Does this mean I have to enter all data by hand? WTF?

YEs, there are Thousands of banks that do not provide the specially-formatted files needed for importing them into tax software.  The import files have to have a special format...not all will bother with the extra staff and/or programming required.

So if your bank isn't in the list, you'll have to enter the data manually.

Here is the list of Import Partners.  We are sorry that your bank is not on the partner list. You could ask the bank to partner with TurboTax.

Is your bank listed as an import partner?  Go to this website for 1099/1098 Partners -  https://www.intuit.com/partners/fdp/implementation-support/tax-import/program-overview/partner-list/...
