TurboTax is do-it-yourself tax preparation software. Any entries made on the tax return are entered by the user of the software.
Just posting that TurboTax did your taxes Wrong provides no information whatsoever to back-up that statement.
If the IRS has a levy against you then you were sent multiple letters from the IRS before the IRS would take that type of action. What is the letter or notice number that you received? The number should be on the first page of the IRS letter usually preceded by either a CP or LTR.
TurboTax provides the software for a do-it-yourself tax return--TurboTax does not "do" your tax return. The information entered is entered by the user. TT does not know if you enter your information correctly or completely; the software program does not know if you mis-type something or leave out income. Your post contains no details or information about what you think was done wrong, so we cannot comment further on what mistake(s) may have been made unless you tell us more.
