Finally a fix that worked... spent 2+ hours trying everything
Worked ! Thanks much What a pain in the butt
Thanks for the post. I just tried and it worked for me. What a ridiculous issue, though. C'mon Intuit, get your stuff together. This is a pretty simple coding fix.
Swing and a miss. This problem is infuriating. Anyone have an answer?
Look at DoninGA above. You have to change the screen resolution. I have pasted their response below:

thank you for your help - changing the resolution was the fix. absurd - but it worked. thank you again.
Thank you SO MUCH! It was telling me I didn’t have enough memory to run the new TurboTax which was going to make me insane since I have just purchased a new PC so that I could get windows 10. So glad I googled this issue… have been working on it for about over an hour. Thank you thank you thank you for your answer.
Thanks so much! Worked like a charm. And it never would have occurred to me to try it!
I've tried changing my resolution to every option there is and nothing is working. I get a white screen with 4 blue dots spinning around in circles...anyone else have any ideas?
Yes! I spent hours trying to get this to work and that was the fix. Thank you SO much!
Changing the display setting actually worked. I don't understand why that would matter, but it did.
The simplest way to overcome this is to restart in safe mode which requires you to know your bitlocker key. Your Microsoft account will access your bitlocker key so go their first and signon and get that then follow instructions to restart in safe mode including the network option - #5. When it boots, then click on the TT icon and that window will open and let you type (not paste) your code into it. Then click on the "Activate Now" button and it's done. then restart as normal and all is well. All the DPI settings excercise isn't necessary when the above method is done.
