well i talked to two workers where both have limited knowledge which is we cant give me my money back ,and yes i asked for manager,gush these two ladies too tough wont pass me to any manager.
why wont you refund me through the email .
so the story on dec 31 2020 i filed turbo taxes where it kept telling me efile not ready use mail filing and i kept trying either none works i went i print it cost me 20 dollar ,to get two copies,and as you know it keep asking identity and driver licence and gross income and refuse to submit ,then it gave me no choice and asked for cridit card ,even all my work was just free tools ,it immediately sent me the recipt but it refused to go through,so even i revisit days later and still choosed all free tools but the money that charged me on dec 31 2020 still charged on my cridit card,and on jan 22 2021,finally i was able to efile both and in all i still choosed free tools,but no refund for the charges that occured on my cridit on dec 31 2020,though after efile jan 22 2021 i noticed from irs income tax cridit is higher than what turbo gives me about 100$ ,so what turbo does with this 100$ diffrence hopefully not to turbo account.and i want to revisit add the 600$ as cridit where till now not sure what that mean but i didnt get my stimulus check of 600$,by the way i didnt get my tax return of 2019 ,so can you see where that return went,so yes revisit my taxes for 2020 is locked ,my tax return for 2019 is missing,and i cant revisit and update send me stimulus check of 600$,and most of all the 80$ that turbo tax charged me,ok on the phone the customer service say they cant help with none of this,on software they keep just remove tool that charge and revisit ,i didnt use the tool that charge and revisit is blocked,so have your software expert revisit and un lock me .
1-600$ stimulus have him update that.
2-income tax cridit with irs tool is higher than turbo tax software.about 100$more.
3-i want 80$ turbo tax charged me for filing on dec 31 2019 where it never got filed on that date and i never ment to pay that.
4-my tax return for 2019 is missing so can you see where it went.(debt card or any guess)
again 80$ and stimulus 600$ i want those updated thanks.
