turbo tax 2022 activation???

I've use Turbo tax for at least 15 years. Each year I install the CD, enter the code and do my return. I do not keep the CD or the code after my taxes are done. This year I need to open a 2022 return to see the AGI so I can efile my daughter's return. When I click on the file from 2022 it wants me to enter the activation code for 2022 which I no longer have!!! I recently got a new MacBook Pro and migrated the HD to the new one. I think maybe the activation was not transferred. How do I get to the 2022 return??

Did you save the return as a pdf file when you were done?  You should always save it as a pdf so you have a copy of it.  Did you give her a printout copy for her records?  Or you will have to get the AGI from the IRS.

I solved the problem by logging in to my intuit account and reviewed all purchases. The 2022 TurboTax was listed there. I clicked on it and was given the activation  code
