I am unable to sign up for Turbo, it keeps asking for my 9 digit social security number. I enter that and check the box then it just reloads the page and asks for it again, even though my social security number is still filled in. I don't know what I am doing wrong.

Thanks for the suggestions, unfortunately the issue persists. It's been this way for months now.
There is currently no official support on this board for Turbo. You might try Facebook or Twitter where Turbo has a presence (links below).
