Hello,
I am using TT Premier for Mac (download product). I have filed my federal tax return, and I have received the two emails from Intuit showing status (first: the transmission confirmation, second: acceptance confirmation). I can see on the IRS website ("Refund Status Results") that it has indeed be received by the IRS.
However, the TT app does not recognize that this return has been filed. When I click on "Check E-File Status" in the File tab the main window, TT says no return has been e-filed. Now I cannot e-file my state tax return.
This is a problem. Can you please indicate how this can be fixed?
Thank you.

How do I e-file my state after I already filed my federal?
I checked just now, and I already have the latest version of the software installed, so that's not the solution. Please advise further.
Please feel free to contact Customer Support so you can speak with a TurboTax representative who can assist you.
I called TT support. Level 1 person wasted 45 minutes of my time. This is apparently a known bug, but they won't fess up to it. No fix available.
Asked support person to file a bug. He asked me to stay on the line while he allegedly filed bug report.
They closed the case, and a few minutes later got an email:
"We appreciate your patience while we looked into your issue. After investigating the issue, we found that we did not receive enough information to complete a full investigation into your concern."
Please be honest!
This is a big problem if you want to amend your return electronically. E-file fails for amended return.
I apologize the ticket was closed out without a resolution. If you could please give us a callback, we can reopen it and dig into this further so we can get this corrected.
In case you need it, our phone number is here. Please let us know how things go. @abe111
I can spend more time on the phone with another Level 1 (or T1) support person. But the bug still exists in TurboTax. That bug is preventing me from efiling an amended return. When will the bug be fixed?
Hello,
This still happens for me too. The IRS information is correct. All emails say that everything was filed correctly yet Turbo Tax Status claims that nothing was filed yet. Please fix this bug.
I have installed all updates and verified that they are all installed.
Here is all the information

I received an email from Intuit on April 16th acknowledging the bug in the program. The message read:
"We’re reaching out because some of our TurboTax Desktop customers who’ve successfully filed their tax returns are seeing a message in-product that says their e-file isn’t complete. This message is popping up due to an issue in our desktop product that we’re actively working to fix.
"We can confirm that your tax return has been filed and accepted. Please disregard the message in your desktop product that says your return has not yet been filed.
"No action is needed on your end. We’ll follow-up with another email once the issue has been resolved, at which point TurboTax will reflect your filing status as successful."
The bug appears not to be fixed yet (I've checked e-file status using latest version of TT and TT reports that the return has not been filed, even though it has). When will this bug be fixed?
Still not fixed.
