TT says I qualify for the Qual Bus In Ded and reflects I received "Qualifed REIT dividends and PTP income," but I have no idea where this came from?

It could have come from some mutual funds you own, that reported dividends and distributions in the 1099 reporting package.

It pulls the information from your 1099-Div, line 5. (Just figured it out myself)
