TT Massachusetts wants date of my death

TT Massachusetts will not file electronically because it says there is an error because my date of death is blank.  I ( and TT support) have checked al the personal information questions and there is no indication I am dead.  Cannot delete Personal information form and start over

Any ideas?  Nice guy on TT support line ( answered in 2 minutes) said he had never seen this before. We tried everything.

Delete the state. Make sure you use the Chrome browser on a computer and clear all browsing data before logging in.  Add the state again.

How do you delete state? 

under file>
”remove state return is grayed out”

Go to Forms mode
Click File at top left 

Select Remove State Return
