Hello. I am trying to e-file and using the "pay with credit card" option. I click that option and a pop up screen comes up asking me to connect to server to pay. I hit "continue" and it just freezes up stuck on this screen forever. I've exited and closed maybe 10 times now. Is there a server issue going on at the moment? I've filed this pay and paid this way for over 5 years now.

This is the screen I can't get past.....frozen here. Can you do an update to the software please?
You may need to delete the form, re-add it and reenter your information. You can follow the instructions in this TurboTax FAQ on how to delete a form. You may also have to log out of the program, clear your cache and cookies, and log back in. Please see the TurboTax FAQ here for instructions on clearing your cache.
