Trying to file but at the end it asks for me to enter a ECN number on the 3853 form. I input "NO ECN" as prompted but it keeps giving me an error.

Try removing all the Spaces. I live on Marco Island, but needed to spell in MARCOISLAND in a few places. Hope this helps.

You can obtain your Electronic Confirmation Number (ECN) from HealthCare.Gov.
