Trying to download 2019 .tax file but the Tax Home keeps disappearing and sending me back to the main Home.

I'm trying to download a working .tax file from the Tax Home, but the page is blank when I click on the TAX HOME under the TurboTax logo on the left, the page goes blank and sends me back to the starting view where you have a window ... "Here's a complimentary call with a tax expert to get your questions answered right off the bat"

If I scroll down and try again, the same thing happens.

I figured out I need to start my 2020 taxes with TT, I signed up for the Self-Employed version, but I'm not able to download anything from the Tax Home, I can hit the 'privacy' link and download PDFs, but no .tax files.

Any suggestions? I understand it's a Saturday and I need to call M-F.

I did call and walked through the message that kept showing instead of the file downloading, did this with the agent, we both saw this multiple times.

I paid for the 2020 SE version while I was on the call. I think once my payment went through, now the downloads are working.  

I also found this link detailing where I was going in my account, it just wasn't downloading before I paid for this years software.
