Have you filed your return?  Was it Accepted?  Turbo Tax gets the fee after the IRS sends the whole refund.  Then they take out the fees.  

But the IRS doesn't open until  Jan 27, 2020 for 2019 returns

If you have the fees deducted from your Federal refund the IRS will send your whole refund to a 3rd party bank SBTPG to have the fees taken out.

If your Efile was Accepted and the IRS website has a release date, you can check SBTPG website to see if they received your refund for direct deposit. You can also see the account the deposit is going to. Follow the steps outlined on the SBT website.
